Yes! Master My Run is multi-disciplinary and collaborative. We are always happy to communicate with your current running coach, dietitian or trainer as needed – our nutrition and training expertise in the endurance running field can provide insights that you can use with your current care team for the long run.

Master My Run Personalized Services
Work 1-on-1 with an expert strength and conditioning, sports nutrition and/or running coach to craft your own personalized fueling and / or training plans to get across the finish line faster and stronger.
Session geared towards solving one particular nutritional aspect of your training. Sessions are typically about 45 minutes and come with development of a personalized action plan. Common examples include:
Fueling a build phase
Pre/during/post run fueling
Race day fueling
Managing cramping
Weight management while running
Must have performed initial running program development session first.
Review progress, challenges or changes to schedule and update your training program accordingly. Typically done every few weeks / month during an extended program. Session is typically 30 minutes.
Comprehensive initial assessment and initial advice on developing a personalized mobility, strength and cross training plan. Initial training program with exercises / drills will be provided. Assumes working knowledge of basic exercises and mobility drills (foam rolling, stretching, bands, basic lifts, etc.).
Learning how to perform specific exercises properly may require additional sessions.
Updating the program as you progress / get stronger will require additional sessions.
The pricing reflects paid in full discount. Normal cost would be $2640
3 Nutrition Sessions covering all of the key aspects of running nutrition:
Fundamental fueling (day to day)
Performance nutrition (pre / during / post run)
Race day nutrition
Supplements can also be discussed
3 Training Sessions covering all key aspects of running training:
Mobility
Strength
Cross training
Recovery (Managing aches / pains)
Running Program Development and updates for 2 additional months (3 months of coverage) including:
Personalized running program including training frequency, run type, distances, intensities
Regular updates to the running program based on run results / performance, schedule changes, etc.; the program will adapt with you
ADDITIONALLY: Text-based access to your coaches between sessions to ask any questions that come up. We’re with you 100% of the way
Session focused on developing a full running program in preparation for a race or event, including run type, distance, intensity, etc. This session can also be used for a comprehensive review of an existing program.
This is a thorough session (~45 mins). Your running background and medical / orthopedic considerations will be taken into account and a personalized plan will be developed for you.
The pricing reflects a discount from buying services a la carte. Normal cost would be $2640.
