I absolutely have loved this program. The nutrition sessions helped me to improve my nutrition without the pressure to adhere to a strict diet. Jason consistently reminded me that I am powerful and human, while answering all of my questions and giving helpful suggestions and options. 

Heather listened carefully to what I wanted to achieve and what I had to work with, and wrote effective strength training sessions for me that were the right amount of doable and challenging. I feel stronger than I did before. I appreciated how personalized everything was.

I now feel more positively tuned into my body and can confidently make choices that will ensure I feel and perform better while running.

Heather really nailed the exercises I needed to make a difference in my marathon experience; they were very targeted. I came down with a terrible cold in 5 weeks before the marathon. Heather was able to bring my fitness up and create a race strategy that worked with my fitness level.

I liked how granular Jason was with respect to how much nutrition or fluids needed be consumed. I also liked that Jason gave advice for general nutrition as well. The nutrition advice was huge and definitely translatable to future races.

I ran the 2022 NYC marathon and suffered a severe leg injury.  I decided to join Master My Run to run a safe and healthy 2023 nyc marathon. With the help of Jason and Heather my 2023 marathon and marathon training could not have gone smoother. "

Jason was amazing. I realized that I was not fueling properly for all my runs and fatigue set in and made lots of these longer runs miserable. After proper guidance from Jason I was able to feel and be a stronger runner. Also made me feel very good about eating. I had a mental thing where I felt I couldn’t eat a lot (felt fat etc.). Jason calmed me down and ensured I need to replenish and not just eat when I run "

Heather you are a savage and the best. You saved my leg and saved my life and made me enjoy running. I would absolutely recommend you join this group to run healthy and stay healthy .
