Marathon Mastery Workshop
We’ve distilled our 30+ years of combined experience working with endurance athletes into the most impactful strategies to get you to the end of your race at the top of your game.
For six sessions over the course of two months, our team will work closely with your group to implement these strategies into a bespoke program. Through an open dialogue format, together we will:
Create your own race training and volume management plan
Develop a personalized fueling plan for training and race day
Problem solve any challenges that arise via expert and group support
